Welcome to Polymarket Refund. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Polymarket Refund website and services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Polymarket Refund is a third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Polymarket in any way. References to Polymarket are for descriptive purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our service. By using Polymarket Refund, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are not prohibited from using the service under applicable laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including any laws related to prediction markets, cryptocurrency, and financial services.
3. Referral Program
Polymarket Refund allows you to create referral links that direct users to Polymarket. When users sign up through your referral link and generate trading activity, Polymarket may pay a referral commission. Polymarket Refund tracks these commissions and rebates a portion back to you.
You agree not to use deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices to acquire referrals. Any abuse of the referral system, including self-referrals, fake signups, or manipulation, may result in the suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of pending rebates.
4. Rebate Calculation
Rebates are calculated based on the referral commission data provided by Polymarket. The current rebate rate is 90% of eligible referral commissions. Polymarket Refund reserves the right to modify the rebate rate at any time with prior notice.
Rebate calculations are estimates and may be subject to adjustment based on data corrections, commission clawbacks, or policy changes by Polymarket. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee exact amounts until payouts are finalized.
5. Payout Terms
Rebates are processed daily and paid to your selected payout destination. Supported payout methods include cryptocurrency transfers on Polygon, Ethereum, BSC, and Solana networks in USDT or USDC tokens.
A minimum payout threshold applies. Amounts below the threshold will be accumulated until the threshold is met. You are responsible for providing a correct and valid payout destination. Polymarket Refund is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
Polymarket Refund does not control Polymarket's referral program and is not responsible for changes to Polymarket's commission structure, terms, or policies. Our service is dependent on data and commissions from Polymarket, which may change without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polymarket Refund and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total rebates paid to you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
